I partner with brands to shape identity, motion, and storytelling across platforms, products, and moments that matter.
Sprinklr needed a hook video to bring its mission of unified customer experience management (CXM) to life. Using cinematic 3D animation and visual metaphor, we translated a complex set of value propositions into a clear, compelling story.
The film contrasts the chaos of fragmented point solutions with the elegance of a unified platform—making the promise of Sprinklr instantly understandable at an emotional level. Designed for versatility, the video was used across events, PR, executive outreach, and C-suite meetings as a high-impact brand and storytelling asset.
This launch video introduces Sprinklr Community, an online space built for practitioners who want to connect, learn, and excel together. Framed through the experience of someone searching for “their people” inside an office that feels crowded yet isolating, the film captures a familiar professional tension—being surrounded by colleagues who simply don’t speak the same language.
Sprinklr Community becomes the moment of recognition and belonging: a place to share knowledge, exchange practical tips, access updates first, and grow alongside peers who truly understand the work. The result is a human-centered launch that positions the platform not just as a resource, but as a professional home.
This campaign ad uses comedy to cut through enterprise marketing noise and make Sprinklr’s value instantly clear. Set in an office that has descended into absurd chaos—teams arguing, interfering, and even physically clashing—the spot exaggerates the cost of disconnected tools and siloed workflows.
The turning point comes when a manager introduces Sprinklr’s unified platform, restoring order and focus in one decisive move. By leaning into humor and escalation, the ad embraces the idea that work-place ads that don’t surprise or entertain rarely break through. The result is a memorable, human take on enterprise software that earns attention before delivering its message.
Designed as complete brand systems, not isolated moments.
Events are moments where brand, story, and experience collide in real time. My approach to creative direction is centered on clarity—defining a strong vision, aligning teams around it, and ensuring every element works together in service of the idea.
These projects represent live events I led from concept through execution, each treated as an interconnected ecosystem. Motion, stage content, environmental design, sound, lighting, digital surfaces, and supporting assets are developed in concert to create cohesion and meaning. The focus is not spectacle alone, but resonance—translating complex ideas into immersive, human experiences that scale with intention and purpose.
CX-Unifiers: The Edge of AI marked Sprinklr’s return to large-scale customer events in New Orleans. Featuring Alex Honnold and other industry leaders, I led creative direction across the event’s look, feel, and asset ecosystem—including an opening film tracing the evolution of technology to the edge of AI. The event also launched Sprinklr’s Digital Twin AI agent, signaling a new era of enterprise CX.
Sprinklr’s first customer summit took place in Nashville, a setting that amplified the energy of the event. I led overall creative direction and directed an on-site crew to capture the summit and produce fast-turnaround highlight films—edited overnight and shown the next morning—helping sustain momentum while reinforcing Sprinklr’s brand through real-time storytelling.
This page highlights my approach to UX and product animation through two product explainer videos and one major product release. Each piece balances technical clarity with humanity—translating complex enterprise software into stories that feel approachable, intuitive, and memorable.
The work focuses on helping users quickly understand not just what a product does, but why it matters. Through motion, pacing, and visual metaphor, these projects surface emotion and intent without oversimplifying the technology. The result is product storytelling that respects the sophistication of the platform while remaining accessible, engaging, and distinctly human.
Creative Director - Producer
Client: Sprinklr
The origin story is a powerful trope in the startup world. A story of inspiration and perspiration that anyone who has ever tried to start something can relate to. We partnered with out agency VML and the director Chusy to produce this video on the history of Sprinklr. I conceived of the film and worked through the structure and other logistics in bringing a project with so many participants together. Was a pleasure to be on the production side with such competent and artful collaborators.
This project tells the story of how a company can lose its connection as it scales—and how that connection can be reclaimed through Sprinklr’s social platform. Developed in close collaboration with Sprinklr’s marketing leadership, executive team, and agency partner Mechanica, the film aligns narrative, strategy, and brand vision.
Executed as a cinematic 3D animated narrative, the piece was deployed across events, PR, and advertising as a core brand storytelling asset.
The manifesto is the foundation of a company’s brand, purpose, and point of view. For Sprinklr’s public offering, we created this film to articulate that mission with clarity, confidence, and humanity at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth.
The piece features Sprinklr’s CEO speaking directly to camera with emotion, humor, and candor—grounding the message in authenticity and leadership. Carefully designed animation and motion accents appear throughout to visually support and clarify key ideas, enhancing the narrative without distracting from the speaker. The result is a modern, human manifesto that balances conviction with approachability and reinforces Sprinklr’s vision as it entered the public stage.
