To tell the story of Nasdaq’s new found focus on digital and embracing social, Sprinklr connected with Josh Machiz, now their Chief Digital Officer. Josh has a great story, and it was hard to find a bad shot in their great office overlooking Times Square.

The Phillips Lighting campus in Eindhoven was, as you would imagine from a company like Phillips, beautifully designed and innovative. From the giant hue shifting light sculpture that mirrors the rising and setting of the sun, to the super precise light measuring chamber, I felt spoiled for choice when it came to b-roll.

Filming at the Freedom Center outside of Washington DC. was quite the experience. Security was intense on the “Watch Floor” which looks like it is out of an episode of “24” Military from every branch monitoring the air traffic of the whole country, and over on one side was the TSA social team sending out tweets about what not to bring in your carry on and solving problems for frustrated flyers.

We partnered with out agency VML and the director Chusy to produce this video on the history of Sprinklr. I conceived of the film and worked through the structure and other logistics in bringing a project with so many participants together. Was a pleasure to be on the production side with such competent and artful collaborators, although I couldn’t help myself and stepped in to operate a few times.

Telling the story of how a company can lose its way when it grows and then reclaim that connection with the help of Sprinklr’s social platform. This project was a collaboration across the whole marketing department and executive team, as well as our agency. I worked directly with Mechanica to craft the story, aesthetic, and tone of the animation which premiered at our customer summit in Nashville.

Really cool stop motion style shoot done all around Brooklyn to promote the Community Uplift contest that Coke was running with BET. Had a great crew and perfect weather which made the shoot a lot of fun to work on.

Sprinklr’s first customer summit was held in Nashville which really lended itself to the energetic atmosphere and great footage. Over the course of 2 days I directed a crew which covered the event and produce some quick turnaround highlights which we edited overnight and played the following morning. The whole event was a huge success which highlighted much of the content that I and the marketing team had been working on for the bulk of the last 2 quarters.

I got to build and use a lot of tiny custom light fixtures for this amazing aquarium set. Stop motion is super time consuming but can be so so rewarding. Especially when the fish are voiced by Vincent Gallo and Brad Garrett!

SAP is doing big big things. So shooting this video in their HQ on the 45th floor of a shiny brand new tower in the Hudson Yards seemed was fitting. Really great team who is doing social right.
